What is Reiki ?
Reiki is a holistic energy healing therapy which offers deep relaxation and healing for the Mind, Body, Emotions and Spirit. Reiki is safe, gentle and non-intrusive. It was developed by Dr Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist Priest, who re-discovered this ancient healing system which existed thousands of years ago.
Reiki promotes harmony and peace throughout your whole system. People use Reiki for physical and emotional healing and also for personal and spiritual growth. The deep relaxation and cleansing you get from a treatment allows healing to occur wherever it is needed.
